I use a range of approaches to help you identify ways to fulfil your dreams, working with right-brain logic and left-brain intuitive methods.  I draw on my experience of training, advising, facilitating and working psychologically to enable inner and outer change.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership in which you take responsibility for your own progress and I assist through listening, questioning and offering up exercises to explore ways forward.

Coaching sessions concentrate on where you are now and where you would like to be. They include exploring your intention and helping you set goals to achieve it. This includes identifying areas of your life you are unhappy or unsatisfied with and, by the use of careful questioning, exploring the blocks to achieving your goals.

You may wish to look at your life as a whole and how to make changes to make it more fulfilling or create harmony and balance, whilst living your dream, or you may have a specific goal such as ‘to get fitter’.

Working with you could include:

  • Connecting to your values and what gives meaning to your life
  • Visualising desired outcomes and identifying realistic and manageable steps towards achieving them
  • Helping you define your goals
  • Building your confidence by identifying current and past strengths and resources
  • Exploring possible barriers and how you can find ways around them
  • Exploring and transforming limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour
  • Working holistically – includes paying attention to physical sensations, working with thoughts, feelings and the imagination
  • Creative techniques to by-pass blocks or rational mind
